This plant is designed to spray transparent protective paint
on precious metal decorative objects and to create the
appropriate environment to let it dry; anyway the machine
can be loaded with articles different from those mentioned
above and easily tuned on any particular working cycle. The
operator can introduce pieces in the plant arranging the
desired quantity of products on any one of the apposite
frames and then insert it into the inlet stock: frames
automatic handling will bring pieces to be treated through
all cycle phases. Once loaded into the plant, frames are
moved one at a time to the painting booth, where a Cartesian
robot sprays the paint over the products, according to
operator’s settings of paths and speeds. Frames are then
passed in an ascending lift where they remain for a
modifiable amount of time at ambient temperature: in this
way all the micro-blisters absorbed during spraying can be
released. The drying phase takes place in the hot-room
(consisting of two capable lifts) where powerful hot air
blowers maintain temperature at a constant value. After a
natural air cooling in the last descending lift, frames can
be easily unloaded from the plant outlet and pieces
collected by the operator. Production rate: 60 frames per
hour.
