This automatic plant, equipped with 9 axes, born to realize MIG welding of frames for lifting platforms. The capability to integrate new products in a simple and accurate way is achieved by replacing just the interchangeable masks with mechanics references. The production process consists of two phases: the first allows to welding all the components, the second leads to the final assembly.
The simplicity of plant management, the sensors for gas and wire check, and the possibility to change positions and welding parameters on-line lead to the optimization of the production process and the reduction of labour. Welding quality and robot accuracy allow waste reduction, certainty in production time and money saving.
